About the Job
Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy, LLC is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for Renaissance Charter School at West Palm Beach. This is a part-time position, 3 days per week, and we're ready to bring someone on as soon as possible.

About the Role:
- On-site position at a single campus, following the school's calendar and daily schedule.
- 3 days per week, 7.5 hours per day.
- Pay: $75/hr for SLPs, $50/hr for SLPAs.
- You'll be joining an established on-site team — working alongside another SLPA and a supervising SLP — so you have built-in collaboration and support from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per their IEPs.
- Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed.
- Develop and track progress toward IEP goals.
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation of services provided.
- Collaborate with the on-site SLP/SLPA team, teachers, case managers, and other members of the IEP team.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student progress.
- Manage your caseload while staying connected with the supervising SLP and team for guidance, case consultation, and support.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license, or SLPA registration/certification in good standing.
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable managing your caseload within the school day.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with documentation.
