Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy, LLC is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for Coral Springs Charter School. This position is available now, and we're ready to bring someone on as soon as possible.

About the Role:
- On-site position at Coral Springs Charter, following the school's calendar and daily schedule.
- 4 days/week, 32 hours/week.
- Pay: $70/hr for SLPs, $45-50/hr for SLPAs.
- Direct, hands-on supervision and support from a licensed SLP. You'll never be navigating a tricky case or an unfamiliar IEP situation alone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per their IEPs.
- Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed.
- Develop and track progress toward IEP goals.
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation of services provided.
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and other members of the IEP team.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student progress.
- Manage a caseload independently while staying connected with your supervisor for guidance, case consultation, and support.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license, or SLPA registration/certification in good standing.
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload within the school day.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with documentation.
