About Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy
Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy is a mobile pediatric practice made up of passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. We provide therapy in children’s natural environments, including homes, schools, and daycares throughout Palm Beach County. Our mission is to combine clinical expertise with genuine connection, offering family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care that honors each child’s unique strengths and needs.

About the role
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, independence, and meaningful work. This role offers the freedom to build your own schedule while providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that supports children in their everyday environments and routines.

What you’ll do:
  •  Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  •  Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. 
  •  Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals. 
  •  Use a strengths-based, child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach. 
  •  Provide caregiver education and practical strategies to support carryover in daily life. 

What we’re looking for:
  •  Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida. 
  •  Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. 
  •  Pediatric experience preferred. 
  •  Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional mindset.
  •  Compassionate, creative, and self-motivated clinician. 
  •  Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area .

We’d especially love to connect with OTs who have experience or interest in:
  •  Sensory processing and sensory regulation. 
  •  Fine motor and visual motor development. 
  •  Motor planning and coordination. 
  •  Supporting autistic and neurodivergent children. 
  •  Feeding experience is a plus, but not required.
 
Additional details:
This is a mobile position, with sessions taking place in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. We do not have a physical clinic location.
